3.14.11 is installed, but does not fix the issue. It gets even worse: if you set the hour, you get an error for the minutes and there is no way to correct it!
To see the issue with a required Time only date/time field:
- Don’t set time, just click Submit
- You’ll get an error, since Time only is a required field
- Now set some hours & minutes trying to correct the error
- Observe that the error doesn’t go away and you cannot submit
- Refresh the page to try again if you want
